About University of Exeter

The University of Exeter (UofE) was founded in 1955 and is located in Devon, England. She is a member of the Russell Group, an elite group of research-intensive universities. The Guardian University Guide ranks it among the top 15 universities in the UK. UofE has a large international community with her 25,000 students from about 130 countries, making it an ideal and welcoming place to study as an international student. Her three campuses are:
Streatham of Devon and St He Lukes, Tremow of Cornwall. The university offers courses in a wide variety of subjects and supports cutting-edge research. In addition, it is Gold certified by the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). Admission requirements for all undergraduate programs generally require good grades (A or better) at the pre-university level.

International students have many opportunities to apply for UofE scholarships and fellowships. In 2019, Exeter spent more than £4.5m of her money on grants to help students. For example, the Global Excellence Scholarship is awarded to international students for outstanding academic achievement.

With lakes, green spaces, forests and gardens, the Streatham campus offers a lush and highly safe learning environment. Plus, the city center is just 15 minutes’ walk away, so you can shop, socialize and enjoy all that Exeter has to offer. The University of Exeter offers a range of accommodation and self-catering accommodation at both our Exeter and Penrhyn campuses to suit a range of budgets.

There is also substantial support for international students. The International Student Exchange Support Office offers a variety of advice and support to international students on a variety of issues.

For alumni, the Alumni Office offers an extensive program of professional networking events and meetups in the UK and around the world.Whether students work in the UK or abroad, the University of Exeter provides students with an international community of friends and colleagues.
